Somebody will be getting a "please explain"! However, it would seem that for now, Labour has taken to heart the warning it received from the Electoral Commission. Their infringement must have been deemed "inconsequential", as that is the only criteria by which the EC can take action other than referring an offender to the Police for consideration of prosecution. Unless, of course, the Electoral Commission also broke the law!
