Can we finish strongly?

The two-all result in the Chappell-Hadlee series was disappointing, especially as the Black Caps had the Aussies on the back foot on Friday night, before the heavens opened. So we will be watching tonights 20/20 match from Sydney with much interest, hoping that the Black Caps finish their Aussie summer strongly.

What a shame that the Australians didn't think to spice up tonight's match by making it the Chappell-Hadlee decider. Wouldn't that have been a positive step in trans-Tasman relations, especially after the Black Caps' willingness to support the Bushfire Appeal match in Adelaide?

OK - it's about to start ...

UPDATE: Australia 150-7 from their 20 overs

A good bowling and fielding effort from the Black Caps. If the batsmen can do the job, and the weather holds, Monday morning could be a lot more bearable!
