Has Emmerson goofed?

Regular readers of Keeping Stock (both of you!) will be well aware that we are a big fan of Rod Emmerson's cartoons in the Herald. So check out the one below:





Now the general thrust of the cartoon is spot on, especially if one imagines that the two shady characters dealing to the taxpayer are Michael Cullen and Maryan Street! But we reckon that the heading "From the Nick Smith Handbook of Physiotherapy" is a bit unfair on the new ACC Minister. Sure, it is now his mess to clean up, but clearly it is an inherited mess.

However, such has been the quality of Emmerson's work that we will excuse this minor lapse today. Keep on keeping on Rod - love your work - usually!
