The cause of the world's economic problem is that market deregulation has failed. Only massive public investments and government control of gangster capital will save us. The rest of the world gets this but our Government is going in the other direction.

Matt McCarten gets the nod this week, for this gem out of his Herald on Sunday column yesterday - he's not advocating a return to Communism is he? And of course he seems to have forgotten that OUR government doesn't have any money left to spend, thanks to the excesses of its predecessor.
