Mr Cunliffe - when your senior Immigration officials recommended that Yong Ming Yang, also known as Yang Liu and Bill Liu have his residence revoked due to concerns over his identity and duplicate passports, why did you not follow that advice?
On what basis did you make the decision not to revoke his residence?
Were you aware that Yang/Liu was a major donor to the Labour Party, and a personal friend of several Labour MP's? And if so, did this influence your decision to over-ride the recommendation of your officials?
Naturally, we don't expect to get answers to these very important questions any time soon. But that doesn't stop us from asking them. This is an extremely serious matter, which strikes at the heart of the integrity of the former government. We believe that they deserve answers. And we are going to keep asking.

I agree the questions that should be answered are far more important than why J.K> lost confidence in one of his minor ministers.
