Over at Red Alert, the new "official" Labour Party blog (where does that leave the echo-chamber known as The Standard?), Chris Carter is blogging. But rather than telling the reading public why he spent twice as much as the average Labour Minister, Carter merely wants to tell us that this week is Islam Awareness Week.
That, of course, begs the question. Isn't it a bit ironic that Chris Carter is promoting a religion which kills others of his sexual orientation? We have to ask this question here, as Trevor Mallard is getting busy with his cyber-scissors when the question is posed at Red Alert!
In the meantime, and whilst Carter is off visiting mosques and encouragaing the "demistifying of myths surrounding Islam", he refuses to answer questions over his spending habits, which have continued at great pace since Labour was kicked off the Treasury Benches. Luke Webster is but one who is waiting for answers.

As if we need an "Islam Awareness Week". I get my daily dose of Islam's latest attempt to make me aware of it from international section.
Its not a cause I'd want to attach my name to.
Isn’t Islamic Awareness Week the 2nd week in September?
It took a moment LB, but very good!
