We may have mentioned it already, but Third Day is our all-time favourite Christian band. Mac Powell and the guys were coming into prominence around the time that we came to faith, and we found their music to be a real encouragement. We've seen them play live twice at Parachute Festival, and they rock!
From the album Wherever You Are, this song had particular significance for Third Day. The album was due for release in November 2005, but just before that, Hurricane Katrina slammed into the Gulf Coast. Third Day rush-released this song, and made it available for download, raising in excess of US$100,000 for Katrina survivors. And from reports we read at the time, we know that the song brought some comfort for many; that's why we've chosen a version which includes the song's lyrics - enjoy ...
