The All Whites will play against Paraguay in Wellington on October 12 and will face Honduras three days earlier at a different venue.
New Zealand Football has confirmed a double header for the All Whites with internationals against Central and South American countries on October 9 and 12.
Wellington's been locked in as the venue to host the match against Paraguay on the 12th while Honduras has now been added as another opponent on the 9th.
A venue for the Honduras match is yet to be confirmed, but New Zealand Football says it won't be played in Wellington.
Paraguay and Honduras both featured at this year's World Cup in South Africa.
That's fantatstic news; two World Cup-class opponents for the All Whites in the space of three days. It seems that at least one of the hard lessons from 1982 has been learned. We have already diaried the Paraguay match in Wellington, and will be buying our tickets the moment they come onto the market.
Football is alive and well in New Zealand, and rather than being a threat to rugby, we see it as a real positive. We love to see New Zealand and New Zealanders excel in many sports, and the footballers have given us reason to be proud in the last twelve months.
