Ocker election caption contest
As we now know, the Australian election has delieverd an indecisive result. The Australian people have however sent a pretty strong "up yours!" to Julia Gillard and the Labor Party for the way in which Kevin Rudd was rolled.

No caption,but childhood memories.
Place ping pong ball in mouth of head on the left as it moves from side to side. (maybe win prize cheap)
Push down on ear of head on the right, elevating hand containing penny into mouth. (savings for later investment)
