Murphy's law

We've got a houseful of refugees from aftershocks in Christchurch who've headed north hoping that the earth would stop moving.

So what did that Murphy fella serve up this afternoon:

A 4.3 magnitude earthquake struck the Whanganui region this afternoon.

The quake at 12.50pm was centred 60km south of Patea at a depth of 100km.

GNS Science said it was possibly felt as far away as Wellington.

You wouldn't read about it, not that we felt a thing! Nerves are further frayed ...

They are obviously infected blindfold them, lead them to the nearest forest and run...

I don't want to sound flippant, but at the moment I'm not noticing anything under 4.5....

Its a little bit strange Iv2 we took up Air NZ's offer of $90 return to any where from CHCH and guess what at about 0030 hrs after the Sydney test I experienced a "roller" that at any other time may well have gone almost un-noticed but for me it set the nerves on edge.
