Our new laptop arrived yesterday, and apart from the hassle of having to rebuild a bookmarks menu and remember long-forgotten log-ins, it's brilliant! How knows; it might even make us more productive at work; that's the theory anyway!
Time will tell whether the theory was any good!

what have you got and if it is not a rude question what was the cost?
Mine has just died and I will probably repace it here. I have been told to pay about $1,200 (500 pound) anything under will have limitations.
Bought a HP ProBook 6550b (on the recommendation of our IT guy). I think the cost was somewhere in the region of $2500. Given the work it will do, it's money well spent!
PS: Windows 7 is a HUGE improvement on bloody Vista!!
Why didnt you copy the browsers profile over from you old machine?
It will have all your old bookmarks and the like.
What browser do you use?

same as my work computer. they are good. I am running windows 7 and it is fantastic. Better than MAC anyday
