What's that sound; the creaking noise? Is it another earthquake, or an aftershock? Is it the wind blowing the back door open?
No; it's the sound of the crypt door being eased back, and the lid of the casket being prised open. Act's self-immolation has left the door open for a triumphant return for the biggest opportunist of them all; Winston Raymond Peters, unemployed, of St Mary's Bay.
Alice Cooper got it dead right; Welcome to My Nightmare!
PS - any similarities between Act MP's and Muppets are entirely coincidental ...

My ultimate nightmare Iv2, the return of Frankenstein and we will pay the cost. Bring back FPP and allow the electorate to dump rubbish in the appropriate receptible ie oblivion
My ultimate nightmare also Gravedodger; the pin-stripes, the self-satisfied smile, the game-playing; please say it isn't so!
Get your shit together Rodney!
He
scares
you
No Robert, Peters doesn't scare me. It's more a feeling of revulsion. I despise his politics of racism and division. He is a liar and a hypocrite. He is one of the few MP's of our time to have been censured by the Parliament.
Speaking as to the censure motion, the biggest indignity of all occurred there. Labour "bought" Peters' support of their ETS by not voting to censure him. In the death throes of the Helen Clark government, that was quite possibly the worst of many foul-smelling deals that were cut.
