UPDATE: Barack Obama has confirmed bin Laden's death, after an operation in Pakistan by American troops. The USA does indeed have his body. Obama has said
"The American people did not choose this fight, It came to their shores"
And Stuff now reports:
Osama bin Laden is dead and his body has been recovered by US authorities, US President Barack Obama has confirmed.
Obama made the dramatic announcement in a hastily called, late-night appearance Sunday (today NZ time) at the White House.
Obama said the images of 9/11 were "seared into our national memory" but the worst images were those that were unseen to the world.
He said nearly 3000 citizens were "taken from us, leaving a gaping hole in our hearts."
This is a momentous day for the free world. The US troops who killed bin Laden have made huge strides in winning the war against terrorism.

Keith Locke will be spewing .. I just hope our SAS had nothing to do with it.
Also, Annette Sykes, who was so happy with Bin-Shitheads work will be in mourning.
It is simply wonderful. I anticipate Locke and co won't be able to resist the opportunity to slag the USA. Yes, Bradbury is a total moron and without any discernible ethics.
