When did Trevor Mallard decide his life’s ambition was to be a Labour version of right wing blogger Cameron Slater? And why is the taxpayer paying his salary to do this?
Actually, those are two very good questions, and mirror our thinking from earlier in the week. Should an MP be blogging about private citizens, using information obtained from social media sites?
And given that this post was posted at 8.30pm on Wednesday night, during the sitting hours of Parliament, has Trevor Mallard crossed the line between being Head of Blogging at Red Alert (Labour's OFFICIAL blog), and being a gossip-monger? And what does Phil Goff make of all of this?
Ah; so many questions ...

I suspect his injuries are making him grumpy, and that his meds are fogging his brain. He's been showing some poor judgement recently on Red Alert.
Quite so Michael; he seems to be even more grumpy than usual. His speech in the General Debate on Wednesday was real Angry Trev stuff!
I disagree with the comparison between Daffy and Whale. The Whale will go for anybody, right or left if he thinks that they are wrong or have erred in anyway.
I can't remember an occasion that Whale had lied or deliberately tried to misled ANYBODY.
Daffy is a wanker. His belief in his importance to NZ is so over inflated that it makes me weep.

The Jim Anderton earthquake video?
But comming back to the post itself, I have long been amused at the Red Alert blog. It strikes me as the "just enough rope" you hand someone!
