Emmerson on planking ...
If ever evidence was needed that Rod Emmerson is the best cartoonist in New Zealand at the moment, the man himself provides it; simply brilliant!

Nearly slopped my cuppa when Hosking, during his "politics wednesday" segment with Joyce and Annette king, bragged about "planking" on a Swiss Ball, Stephen was a bit slow in not asking the Dental Nurse if she had received hers back from the constabulary yet.
I heard that section GD, and was grateful that I didn't have a mouthful of tea at the time, or I would undoubtably be in the market for a new keyboard! How I would have loved to see Annette's face when Hosking made his carefully crafted comment.

I didn't get the joke. Sorry to be a dumbwit, but I just don't get it at all. What am I missing? Not funny, where is the punchline?
