Christian Music Sunday - 16 October 2011

This is a song, and a video clip we've used before, but for that we make no apology; it's one of our favourites.

And it's a perfect fit for today. There are players aplenty in the All Blacks and Wallabies who are followers of Jesus; Keven Mealamu, Brad Thorn, David Pocock and Sekope Kepu to name just four. And whilst two of the above will be bitterly disappointed when tomorrow morning dawns, their relationship with God won't change one iota.

Author Phillip Yancey wrote in his best-selling book What's So Amazing About Grace that "there's nothing we can do to make God love us more, and there's nothing we can do to make God love us less". That's what makes this song so relevant today; it's about praising God in all circumstances; good or bad; win or lose.

So enjoy Matt Redman and the London
Gospel Community Choir:

But we still say "Go All Blacks!"....
