This morning's Herald Digipoll breathlessly reports Poll shock: Winston within a whisker. The poll itself is not actually that shocking at all, just like the One News "poll shock" last night.
So we can't help but wonder whether those who are considering voting to allow NZ First to return to Parliament have considered this; if the party reaches the 5% threshhold, Andrew "the Leaky Mayor" Williams will be bringing his nocturnal habits to Parliament having been rejected by the voters of Auckland as both a mayor and councillor.
Such, dear readers, are the joys and delights of MMP. But two ticks can fix it!

Still time for him to have a heart attack before the election.
On a poll with a margin of error of 3.6% we have no idea how any of the smaller parties are actually polling. All we can say of NZF at the moment is that their support is not zero.
Judging by the other two main polls it is also unlikely to be polling as high as 4.9%
