QLP Caption Contest

The photo above is from the first post-election meeting of the Queensland Labor Party's caucus yesterday, at the Ipswich Art Gallery; and it cries out for a Caption Contest.

You know the rules; keep 'em short, to the point, pithy, and most of all, funny. Other than that, your only limit is your imagination and creativity.

Give it your best shot!

There's this blogger in New Zealand, Keeping Stock I believe he's called, who's infatuated with us! No one there cares, but he soldiers on regardless. raise your glasses, gentlemen, to KS! He's lost the plot!

It was all go at the first labor caucus after the election.

New leader, Annastacia had a rapt audience as she explained how repeated handwashing would remove any residual blame or guilt for their crashing defeat.

Aunt Doris was less interested however, and was content to swap scone recipes with the tea lady.

"We could go into coalition with the Greens. That would give us, umm, seven, but we could share the blame wider."
