Trevor gets served

Why don't have to ask "Where's Trevor?" any longer. He has been served with court documents concerning the defamnation action against him launched by Judith Collins. Here's his comment on Twitter:

Trevor Mallard and Andrew Little made a huge fanfare about avoiding service, which I am sure has made many of their caucus colleagues feel rather uncomfortable, law-abiding citizens that they are.

But the woman who served Trevor couldn't have been further from the "leather-clad thug" stereotype that Mallard and Little talked about a couple of weeks ago; she looks like someone's granny! And good on her for using subterfuge to get an appointment with Mallard' sometimes, as the old saying goes (and this is analgous only) it takes a thief to catch a thief.

You're cheering on the giving of a false name and address to an MP, at his office?

Nice ethics, Keeping Stock.

What goes around comes around Robert, and it came around to Trevor Mallard yesterday. More fool him for being such a smart-alec. Is that REALLY the standards of behaviour you expect from one of Parliament's most senior MP's?

No, Keeping, it's not.
Do you REALLY condone the use of lies by a member of the public wanting access to an MP?
Consider your answer carefully!

In normal circumstances, no I don't. In the circumstances of this case, where the MP was publicly boasting about making himself inaccesible to the process server, the end justified the means.

Careful enough?

Choose your answer carefully Robert; do you condone an MP using his taxpayer funded technology devices, taxpayer funded internet access and taxpayer funded office to conduct commercial transactions that do not relate to his duties as an MP, and benefit the MP personally and financially?

Well, I'm astonished at your 'flexible' ethics, Keeping.
'Worried' would perhaps describe my feelings better than astonished.

As to your question to me, what's that got to do with this thread?
I'm trying to keep my questions to the topic. perhaps you should too.

Don't bother yourself with worrying about me Robert; I worry about myself more than enough for the two of us!
