We spotted this one this morning:
- Ernie Els winning the Open Championship,
- South Africa dominating England at The Oval (with Hashim Amla scoring a career-best 311 not out),
- the Sharks beating defending Super Rugby champions the Queensland Reds ensuring that a South African team will play a New Zealand team in the final and
- Irene van Dyk's stellar performance for the Magic,

Irene isn't a South African. She was born there. There's a difference.
:-)
Congrats to Amla on the first ever triple century for a South African. Masterful effort.
I hope all of the top order of the Black Caps watched Amla, Kallis and Smith bat. That is how test batsmen should perform
Altough it does not look like the Enland top order took much notice and South Africa A are now in a very strong position against South Africa B.
