Oi Loathe Labour, you want to peruse unadulterated hatred, just put a clothes peg on your nose and read a few bits of what the bloke with a girls name and his acolytes at the substandard regurgitate at any given time and call it politics.

Some historical basis for the idea of Red Russel becoming the saviour of the NZLP as it had a reasonably significant number of Communists and socialists from Australia in its foundation membership. Quite a few white feathers there also during WW1 but by WW2 when they were too old to fight, they joined the fray with alacrity and introduced conscription to boot. Hypocrisy and liberal interpretation of truth were evident early on as well.
The more things change the more they stay the same.
