We actually saw this photograph on the anniversary of 9/11, but for various reasons we didn't get around to posting it until today.
The photograph was taken at the very moment that the second World Trade Centre tower crumbled (the South Tower), and the range of expressions of the faces of those in the photograph is quite extraordinary; here 'tis:
We reckon that it is an amazing photograph. We tip our hat to the photographer, Patrick Witty. It is another stunning reminder of a day that shocked and quite literally stopped the world.
