Seems like there might be trouble at t'mill, t'mill in this case being the Labour caucus. Let's not forget that Nanaia Mahuta was the running mate to David Cunliffe when he and David Shearer went head-to-head for Labour's leadership last year. It's history now that the rallying cry around caucus was ABC; Anyone But Cunliffe (and his running mate).
Maybe we should e-mail Nanaia the name of the lawyer who advises us on employment matters...
