Kim Dotcom has happily tweeted about going to see The Hobbit. He wasn't as happy however about the delay before the movie itself started:
Now 20 minutes of advertising is on the excessive side. But we wonder if Kim Dotcom has reflected on the irony of his tweet.
Cinemas are not cheap to run, and they have to make a buck to stay open. Over the last few years, cinemas have been hit by falling attendances, which in turn leads to lower revenues. Has Mr Dotcom reflected on the part that internet piracy and Intellectual Property theft play in that?
